Message center blank

I have the Eddie Bauer Edition. The Message Center went blank after the battery was changed. I am wondering if this could be a blown relay, or if maybe the technician may have unplugged by accident a connector near the battery. It was working fine until then. All other displays are fine.

Any ideas?

It sounds like the fuse or the message unt has gone out they had problems with those but to be sure it could just be a fuse (#10) or a bad connection.
