code PO174

Ford Explorer Sport 188,000 miles.4.0 engine.
I have a code PO174. System too lean(left cylinder bank)I have already replaced o2 sensors on both banks.So now I have no idea what to do.Could someone please help.

If there are no vacuum leaks then its probably the Mass Airflow Meter. Ford ahd some problems with them.I would go to the dealer even if there is an aftermarket unit available
