I have a '96 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer (120,000 miles) and I had a flat but when I went to change it the crowbar wouldn't fit in the hole to lower the tire and I couldn't find any other apparatus to lower it. Any ideas??? Thanks

It sometimes hard to remove it has never been taken off before. You might need to get on your back and crawl up under the car and there should be a bolt. all you do is unscrew it. hope that helps. You dont use the crowbar. what other tools did you try it with?
