99 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer

I have a 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition with 105,000 miles on it. I keep blowing a fuse. The only things on the fuse are the windshield washer pump and relay. I have replaced the pump. It happens quite often.

well there are a few more things in that circuit, there is the relay , a generic module behind the dash , the multifunction switch, wiper motor and washer pump motor and if you have rear wipers there is also wiring that goes to the liftgate
