how to remove window run to more easily exchange exterior door handle.

You need to remove the interior door panel for both. First, after the panel is off, the handle is bolted on. Just remove the linkage and bolts and remove and replace it. Next, I can't tell you about the window. After things are apart, check to see if anything is out of alignment.
