1994 Ford Explorer Wheel movement when tired pushed

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1994 Ford Explorer Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The passenger side front wheel will rock back and forth when I either kick or push on the tire. It moves front to back in relation to the actual vehicle itself. The movement is considerable and it also makes a ping type noise when it does move.
