I can't believe they can't fix it. The only problem is location. Do you know which one is leaking? As far as replacement, use a screwdriver to pry the old one out, clean the surface that it sits in, and tap a new one in place. If you can, I recommend using a rubber replacement. They push in and there is a nut on them that causes the plug to expand when tightened. Here, in PA, a steel OEM type is about a dollar and the rubber one I mentioned is about 5 dollars. If they can't fix it, I would be concerned. Keep in mind, you need to drain the coolant before doing this.
