freeze plug in block

I knocked a freeze plug into my engine block while trying to replace it and cannot get it out.

do I have anything to worry about. The vehicle is a 1994 ford explorer with a 4 liter engine

It will restrict the cooling system and should be removed. Your going to have to dig it out of there with a coat hanger or something like that.
