about a week ago I noticed the truck didnt feel the same when I drove it. It bounces like crazy and it never did before. Someone told me it was my shocks or struts can you tell me what else it can be and how much something like that can cost me? Also its the only car I have and I want to know what will happen if I keep driving it like that? What should I do?

Lucky for you the truck only has shocks and not struts. Shocks are cheaper and less to install.

If it is the shocks, and it sounds like it is, the only problem with driving it that way is you lose stability, the ride is poor, and it is easier to lose control of the vehicle. Other than that, it really doesn't hurt anything. However, remember, it is easier to lose control of the vehicle and you could have an accident. Because of that, I strongly recommend replacing the bad shocks. Because of the vehicle's size and weight, make sure to get a quality shock.
