rear brake caliper stuck

I'm replacing rear brake pads and can't get brake caliper puck to go in so I can replace the pad's! HELP!!!!!!

Hi there,

Depending on the year and model there are different methods of retracting the piston, they don't push back but screw back, advise year and model for more information.

You have to wind the piston back with an Allan key. Turning anti clock wise you might need a little pressure on the piston just in case it is tight (just fingers no tools). when wound back and pads fitted /caliper re installed, Turn adjuster clock wise until pads touch rotor and back off 1/3 turn, make sure that the brakes are not binding as well.
