2002 Ford Escort diagnostic trouble code

My check engine light is on and I checked it with a code scanner. The code was (P1633) Ignition supplement power circut low voltage. What does that mean I should do. I also couldn't get it to clear the check engine light. Thanks! Any info would be appreciated.
