The blower on my Ac is working, but it seems the compressor is not working. Last year I had not any problem with AC, but this year when I was trying to turn on AC, it does not cool down air.
It seems that the compressor does not kick off.

You may have devolped a leak during the off season. You can buy an "over the counter" charge. But I recommend having someone evacuate the system and recharge. So you do not overcharge and cause any damage.
