There are two types you can get. One is a direct fit, the other a universal. I recommend the direct fit. Basically, it unbolts from both ends. There is a flange at either end that will have two bolts. Remove the bolts and the old one will come off. The new one will go in its place and rebolt it. Make sure to replace the gaskets.

If you get the universal one, you need to cut the old one out and replace it using muffler clamps.
