I have a huge miss in the motor, and put it on the computer, which said that #1 cylinder was not firing, probably the coil pack. So I purchased one coil pack and 8 spark plugs. After popping the hood, I realized I didnt even know how to remove the cover up top. Does this require a special tool? I am used to working on GM products, and have never seen this before. Is there anything else I will run into with these repairs?

1/4 inch ratchet will remove the cover find the metal button with the square hole in the center, remove with the ratchet, and you will find it probably has COP coil on plug ignition. If not test the plug wire before replacing the coil pack and don't forget the plug. If you dont see plugs on the side of the engine, it's probably COP.
