Hey Sandrich,

Remove center console.

Remove air bag diagnostic monitor from bracket at heater outlet floor duct.

Remove 4 screws and bracket.

Remove screw that secures air transfer duct to heater outlet floor duct. Push transfer duct upward so that it slides into heater outlet floor duct.

Remove 3 screws that secure heater outlet floor duct to heater core cover.

Release retaining tabs and remove heater outlet floor duct. Raise and support vehicle.

Disconnect heater hoses in engine compartment at firewall.

Plug ends of heater hoses. Cap heater core pipes. Disconnect Black vacuum supply hose in engine compartment at firewall.
Lower vehicle.

Disconnect Black vacuum supply hose from reservoir tank at heater housing. Release 4 tabs that secure heater core cover to heater housing. See Figure.

Remove heater core cover, vacuum hose and heater core. Separate heater core from cover. Remove heater dash panel seal from heater core.

To install, reverse removal procedure. Fill cooling system.
