On any given day the vehicle will not start when cranked. Normally when the key is turned on the in tank electric fuel pump will start for 1-2 seconds then shut off, when this is the case the vehicle starts immediately and will start all day once the engine is hot. When cold If the key is turned on and the fuel pump runs continuosly the vehicle will crank but will not start. After several hours the vehicle will crank and start normally? The fuel pump and fuel regulator valve have been changed, fuel pressur is normal. I suspect it may be the computer? Any ideas or suggestions are apreciated.
Thanks,
V. Miller

It could be but I would try replacing the fuel pump relay and the eec relay first, it is inexpensive and a real common problem for this vehicle.
