Will my 6 cylinder engine in my Aerostar fit with out problems in a '97Ford F-150

if the F150 has a 4.0, yes. You will probably have to strip it down to block and heads to make it work, but it'l go. So, be prepared to purchase $100 worth of gaskets, and a lot of free time to do the job, it'l be a buggar.
