1996 Ford Aerostar loud noise comes from air filter

A howling or a whistle sound begins to be heard, usaualy when its warm outside. When I apply some pressure on the gas pedal it seems to go away untill im ata stop or I am not putting pressure on the gas pedal.I doesnt happen every day but when it happens it sure is loud.I have change the filter and it doesnt seem to change anything. Please can you help me out.I would really appreciate it

Yes everything seems to be on tight. This noise happens when it is a very hot day or if the car is used more than normal. Its a pretty loud noise or howl sound. Thank you for responding to my question and if you have any more thoughts I would really appreciate them. Thanks

p.S. It does seem like the noise is coming from the air filter

By any chance is the engine running hot? Honestly, the only thing I can think is something on the air inlet is cut or ripped and when it gets hot, it is sucking air through the cut. Or, something is releasing pressure from the cooling system. Check for those things and let me know if you find anything.
