Fan not working

My fan does not spin when I turn on my car.

If you live in an area where the climate is getting colder sometimes there is no need for the cooling fan to turn on since the engine does not get hot enough to require cooling from the fan. Now if you are personally trying to move the fan and it has seized you will need to replace The cooling fan.
