Great job attaching a video. That instantly gets us on the same page with you. Too many times we don't quite understand what is happening so our advice doesn't seem to fit the members issue.
Here is a guide that runs through the basics on hard starting. However, first thing I want you to try and cycle the key about three or four times from off to the run position (the last position before starting). When going to the run position, let it sit for one second between cycles. Then on the 5th key cycle try to start the vehicle. This will prime the fuel pump and build the pressure. This doesn't always rule out a fuel pump issue but if the vehicle starts normally on this 5th time then we are sure you are not building pressure and can go down that route. If this makes no difference then we need to go ahead and test the pressure just to rule this out.
