The engine in this truck is locked up. Can I swap the original 5.4L 3 valve that is in the truck for a 5.4L 2 valve? And if so is it a straight across swap and would I have to reprogram the computer? Thanks for your help

Nope have to stick with the 3 valve different hookups for the computer.
