Engine shuts off when car is stopped

When I stop at red lights or stop signs, my car sounds like gas isn't getting through and it shakes a bit then the engine will shut off. It turns right back on, and is not a problem while the car is moving, it only shuts off when the car is stopped, but not every time. It's unpredictable. When I had the code from the check engine light checked, it said something about the gas line.
