Yes, but the impact wasn't at an angle that triggered the sensors. You have 2 front sensors and 4 side impact. Unless the impact is at certain points on the vehicle and in set directions the bags don't deploy.
Whichever way you can get parts to do the alignment. How far out is the camber now? Having extreme tire wear?

My driver's side rear tire is leaning in on top and I have off set bushings in it! Can I put another set on the other end of the arms closer to the frame?

Sounds like something got bent then. Will probably need some subframe work to correct that. Hard to tell without seeing it in person.
