From the front of the vehicle facing the engine, it will be on your left. I attached a pic below showing location. You are focused on bank 1 sensor 1.

CAMSHAFT POSITION (CMP) SENSOR

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
RH (right-hand) Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensors
Remove the RH fender splash shield.
Refer to: Fender Splash Shield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
Disconnect the intake CMP sensor electrical connector and remove the retainer and the CMP sensor.
Material : Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-5W20-QSP (WSS-M2C945-A)
Torque : 89 lb. In (10 Nm)
Disconnect the exhaust CMP sensor electrical connector and remove the retainer and the CMP sensor.
Material : Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-5W20-QSP (WSS-M2C945-A)
Torque : 89 lb. In (10 Nm)

Remove the LH fender splash shield.
Refer to: Fender Splash Shield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
Disconnect the intake CMP sensor electrical connector and remove the retainer and the CMP sensor.

Torque : 89 lb. In (10 Nm)
Position aside the radio ignition interference capacitor.
Disconnect the exhaust CMP sensor electrical connector and remove the retainer and the CMP sensor.
Material : Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-5W20-QSP (WSS-M2C945-A)
Torque : 89 lb. In (10 Nm)

Install is the reverse of removal.
