With that many miles you might have a timing chain issue, does the engine make noise at idle? Also make sure the engine oil is full and clean with a new oil filter because the camshaft actuators depend on oil to operate correctly. Here are the locations of the camshaft sensor but without the codes we don't know which one you need to replace. please use this guide to help find out.
