No dash lights none of the buttons on the steering column work, also wipers run continuously. I do have power windows and power seat it's just a dash basically in the steering column and wipers go all the time. I have no interior lights and it don't know beeping when the doors open in the keys in.

Hello,

It sounds like the TIPM has gone out which is common but lucky for you it is easy to replace because it self initializes. here are diagrams and instructions below to help you fix it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
