2003 Chrysler Town and Country dash light

How do I replace a dash light that lights up the AC controls on the right side of the center console? The area is located below the radio controls.

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Just the right side of the A/C controls. I'm sure we'll have to remove the center console and I have no idea how to do that but I'm sure a Chrysler technician could do it for us for around $200.00! :(
