Electrical charging fault message

Receive the “charging system fault” message after start up. Car starts and runs normal.. new alternator and new battery yet the fault remains. Alternator shows 14 volts.. but battery show 11.3. Wondering why the line loss?

Let's take a step back and maybe get some pictures or more detail about where you are taking these measurements.

The 14 volts is showing where? At the alternator or a voltage gauge or somewhere else?

The 11.3 volts I am assume is measuring across the battery?

More then likely you have high resistance in some wiring or a loose battery connection. Let's start with this info and we can go from there. Thanks
