After replacing the fuel pump, the engine turns over but does not start, while checking the FP relay on the fire wall I believe the wires from the FP relay touched each other and I lost all electrical power to the car. The wires from the FP relay had about an 1/2 inch of bare wire going into the FP connector and when I twisted the relay to remove the relay I think the wires touched while I took the top off the relay and pushed the relay contacts together for a few seconds. I do not have a pressure regulator but when I pushed on the Schrader valve I only got a small amount of gas to come out before I lost all electrical power.

Apparently you blew a fuse or fusible link. You would need to test al of them using a test light with the key on.

Checked the fuses they were good. I have 12v to the alternator and the FP relay. Without a wiring diagram I am not sure where all the fusible links are located, Is there one on the hot wire going to the starter under the car? Or to the ignition?

Yes, I believe they are all at the starter on that car.
