I have a 89 vette 12600 mi. I have no AC, heat nor fan. Fuse in the fuse panel test ok, where do I look next. Thank you

Best guess. The temp control panel needs to be replaced. Also there is a second fuse panel under the dash on the passenger side of the car. Which can be accessed by removeing the trim panel under the dash. Make sure you dissconnect the battery before you start. You may try doing a battery disconnect before exploring. And reconnecting to see if it clears the fault codes. Good luck
