Engine not starting up?

My car has problems starting in the morning. I discovered that there is no power going into the IAC valve from the car. I use a test bulb to check for power. Please can someone tell me what to do? The iac valve is in good shape.

Hey HASSAN,

There could be a break in the wiring, here is a guides so you can follow and find the problem.

I see that there is a resistor block which the power the injectors which feed the IAC valve. Check that first.
