I crossed the battery cables when jumping my car. She was toast. I replaced the alternator, 120 fuse, but the dash lights and gauges are not working. No cruise control, moon roof. Other fuses are blown. Weird thing the blinkers do light up.

Have a mechanic scan for codes you may have fried a couple of modules, but it may be something else.

Hi DIAMANTEGIRL,

Yes jumping the battery backward is not good. Here are some diagrams to get you started. Please check the fuses first.

here is a guide.

Thank you for trying, diagram would have been a great help. I could not see them all fuzzy when I downloaded them. Lol. What did see was wires so just followed them off battery. Found a couple wires (modules), one coming off the positive cable that leads to inside the car. I am going to get the parts. I also replaced the fusible link, is it a relay? Weird. Most are wires or a fuse that is are attached the positive cable. I will check back in when I install.
