Possible bad BCM

Love this car, but started with radio lights flicker every 3 to 4 seconds but radio works fine. Rear defroster button also appears to flicker, in cabin lighting fine. Wipers work intermittently. Door locks cycle also every 3 to 4 seconds to locked position even though doors are locked already. A/C cycles from dash to floor to defrost outlet. Starting to think not bad grounds but BCM. Help
