The park lights stay on when truck is off?

The battery is fine but when I turn the key the truck won't start. I unhooked the battery for now until I can figure it out.

There is a parking light relay that sounds like it is stuck on, here is the location so you can replace it and I have found the running light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works in the images below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens. The relay is in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash.
