I've been looking at purchasing the truck listed above with a blown head gasket four miles from my place. I was wondering if it was okay to drive it such a short distance, or if it would damage the engine? Any feedback you can give would be appreciated. Thanks!

If it runs then you will probably be just fine getting it back. If it were me, I would drive it home and get it fixed. However, don't push it or it could do more damage. They way you judge it is how it runs when it starts. If it is smoking and not running smoothly then do not drive it. However, if is running okay then I would get it home.
