Hi,
This can be the result of several different things. If you have that little of power, the first thing I suspect is the catalytic converter may be plugged. However, that should have set the check engine light. Is the check engine light staying on with the engine running? Are there any smells or sounds that seem out of the ordinary?
Do me a favor. Take a look through this link and let me know if it seems to mirror what you experience. Also, let me know what has been done to this point to diagnose the issue.

Here is a link that explains how to test one. The link indicates the removal of the converter. However, if you simply remove an oxygen sensor before the catalytic converter, it will make a noticeable difference if the converter is plugged.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.
Take care,
Joe
