Driver side signal lights not working properly

With the lights off the left turn front, mirror light and rear blink fast. When turn head lights on the front blinker stays lit and does not blink, the mirror blinks fast and the rear blinks fast but lit is a lot dimmer. Any ideas would help.

There are a number of things that can cause this but if the bulb lights just don't flash or operate correctly then the likely cause is the TIPM.

Basically, this is the brains of the electrical system including the lighting, so we need to confirm this by checking the voltage coming out of the circuit board of the TIPM.
