I have no heat in my car I think it is the actuator. I drove it 5 miles turned it off and car was dead. After I got it jumped I drove another 5 miles back home and it didn't start once I turned it off. I let car sit for an hour and went back out to see if it would start everything turned on but car wouldn't start. What could possibly be draining a new battery?

Sorry the mileage is incorrect.

Hello thanks for using 2CarPros. there are a few components that can draw the battery down while the car is shut off. Here is a quick guide to help you understand battery draw. But it sounds like the charging system may not be operating correctly either.

Here is a guide to checking the charging system as well:

Hopefully this will help, let us know what you find.
