First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical info is very limited. However, I will try my best to help.
First, what wires burned? Also, you indicated that the starter isn't working. Have you checked all fuses in the under-hood fuse box related to ignition and the starter? Have you checked the starter relay?
What I suggest first is if none of the fuses are bad, check to see if there is power to the starter itself. Here is a link that explains how to check it:
