1994 Dodge Truck no compression

i have no spark and it backfire on #6 and #8 cylinders. it also seems like the cylinders are dead.what do i do

Can't backfire if it doesn't have spark. How do you know which cylinders are backfiring? Are the spark plug wires on in the correct order? What happened or what did you do before this problem happened? What diagnosis have you done so far? Do you have proper fuel pressure? Is the Automatic Shutdown relay turning on?

Do some preliminary diagnosis, then holler back so we have some idea of what's going on.
