1999 Dodge Stratus won't start

Came home parked the car very low on gas next morning went out wouldn't start putgas in and no start is there a emergency shut off switch if so where is it and what do you think going on THXS DAVE

Chances are there is a problem with the fuel. Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine? Here is a how to for checking fuel pressure.
