After replacing the computer, fuel filter, and crank shaft position sensor, the car still will not start, I am at a lose. It was fine and just died mid-drive and had to be towed home, has not started since that.

The car now has spark and fuel, supposedly coil was bad sow we went and bought new coil plugs and wires. To fond out that it threw the timing belt and after that was replaced it now has a supposed bent valve?

It is an interference engine. Basically, that means if the belt breaks, a piston doesn't have enough clearance and can hit an open valve.

Have they quoted a price for the repair? You may only need a valve replaced or it could have cracked the head.

They said about 400. For the repairs and parts, but that we have to bring it in. While we were taking it all apart we seen that the cam shaft seal gasket was not sealed all the way around could that mess up anything?

That sounds like a fair price. As far as the sensor, that shouldn't hurt anything. However, ask them to look at it and maybe reseal it. I can't imagine they would charge that much for doing it.
