1999 dodge stratus 2.4L. Car will not start. Changed fuel pump (used fuel pump) did not start, checked fuel pressure (49LB), it was good. Changed spark plugs, car started. Drove 2 days and car would not start agin. Maybe bad pump. Changed pump agin no start. Changed plugs started drove 2-3 days wouldn't start agin. Has spark and good fuel. Plugs are wet. NEED HELP!

Check air filter and breather, also may want to take a look at the fuel pressure regulator

Air filter seems to b fine. Try'd spraying starter fluid in it didnt start on that either

Ok then you dont have spark, plugs are wet, not burning, I would check the wires, and crank sensor, also check if you atleast have spark at the coilpack, (assuming there isnt a distributor)
