1999 Dodge Stratus 99 Dodge Stratus wont start

1999 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The ign. Fuel starter 20 amp mini fuse blows immediately upon turning the key to start the car. I can replace the fuse and turn it to the on position and everything works but you go and try and start it the fuse blows. Any help would be helpful thanks

Welcome to the forum, not sure which 20 amp fuse? I noticed two, one sends voltage to the load side of fuel pump relay, the other sends voltage to the load side of asd relay. The asd relay sends primary voltage to ignition coil and injectors, probably a few other circuits as well.
