Dodge stealth smoking

I just recently bought myself a 1992 dodge stealth. it has a dohc 24v v6 engone and has 130000 miles. i was wondering if anyone had any idea about what could be causing the problem im having. sometime when im driving i notice white smoke coming from the exhaust. it usually happens more when im at a stop light and i accelerate. Does anyone have any advice??? anything will help!!! Thanks.

Temperature gauge is it getting higher than normal. You sounded as though you're leaking coolant in the combustion chamber which can be caused by a blown headgasket.
