Stalling While driving, My intentions are simple, fix it up right?

I just bought a 1994 dodge ram 1500 4x4 w 171,000miles. My intentions are simple, fix it up right. Although When I accelerate and then let off the gas, the RPMs drop so low that it dies. Then it takes a moment to start it back up. Is this a electrical/wiring problem or should I be looking at the fuel filter/pump. I'm stumped. Any ideas?

I would service the throttle bore and IAC motor. here is a guide and I have left the location of the IAC motor in the diagrams below. Here is a guide that can help as well:
