It's hard to start, except after after a cold night?

There is a TSB out on these vehicles for throttle bodies. They will mostly act up on cold start-up's and when you attempt to accelerator, hardly anything will happen.

I would retrieve any DTC's in the PCM. If you have P2110 OR P2118, replace the throttle body.
