Collapsed lifter, broken rocker arm. Neither of those are terribly serious, but someone will have to actually LOOK at it to give anything better than an educated guess.
Camshaft lobe worn away, but that wouldn't be common on a Dodge even if the oil was not changed regularly. Was real common on GM V-6 engines in the 1980s due to the design that prevented oil from draining back from the heads onto the rear camshaft lobes.
