It is a 1/2 4X4 4.7 motor at 55 mph it bogs down and a it hesitates and says on computer miss fire 3 6 5 I am replaced the spark plugs and cam sencor please help

Did you check the coils?

I would do a compression test. Lots of issues with burned valves.

Have the cat converter checked as well as the missfiring may have damaged the converter
