Accidentally put gas/oil mixture (about 2 gals) intended for chain saw in gas tank. It went about 1 miles and stopped. I changed the spark plugs and filled the tank with new gas. It only runs when gas is poured directly in carb. and then dies when that gas runs out. I've been told that it wasn't enough oil/gas mix to cause a major problem, but the truck is not running. any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Check the fuel pressure this will tell you something could be a clogged fuel filter, the intank fuel pick up sock and fuel pump and check for injection pulses.

You need a fuel pressure gauge to read the fuel pressure. Could also be the injector/s are clogged. Listen to the injector/s while cranking the engine over is it making a clicking sound?
